Tourism Ireland wishes to enter into a contract with a Supplier for Board of Directors Application Software and Associated Services, the main function of which is to provide Tourism Ireland’s Board of Directors, Senior Management Team and Board Secretariat with an effective and readily available method of managing the communications around Board Meetings. Tourism Ireland requires an “off-the-shelf” Board of Directors Application with the following list of features: - · The application should be cloud-based. · The application needs to be able to provide streamlined meeting management including details of times, locations, agenda items and other associated logistics for board meetings. · The application should deliver board papers and associated documents in a secure manner based on access rights. The application should allow for a diverse range of documentation including rich multimedia. · The application should allow for a reading room or library repository for the secure provision of additional reading material such as Governance Manuals. · The application should include a risk management module. Tourism Ireland places emphasis on the training and support of the Board Paper Application chosen. In addition to the application’s business requirements defined above, the successful tendering company should also provide for annual support of the application and IT Security and GDPR Compliance. The Contract Period will be for up to a maximum term of 5 years subject to budget and annual performance review, and other factors.
