Moat Homes Limited is a housing association that own and manage approximately 22,000 properties across the southeast of England. The geographical spread of Moat properties are Kent, London, Essex and Sussex. Ensuring 100% compliancy with Fire, Lifts, Asbestos, Gas, Electrical and Legionella services is something that Moat are very proud of being able to achieve. We are now looking for a provider to support us in maintaining 100% compliance by delivering LOLER Inspections to both passenger and domestic lifts in Moat properties.
