Description
This project seeks to deliver improved provision for children and young people with Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health needs and achieve benefits through the provision of an integrated Tier 2 & 3 service. The Children and Young People (CYP) Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health (EWMH) Service Partnership (the Partnership) covers Health’s 7 CCGs (Basildon & Brentwood, Castle Point & Rochford, Mid Essex, North East Essex, Southend, Thurrock and West Essex), Essex County Council, Southend Borough Council and Thurrock Council covering the geographic county of Essex. The vision of this partnership is to improve the EWMH of children and young people, aged 0-25, with the aim of improving their educational and social life chances by ensuring easy access to, and provision of, high quality services that use evidence-based effective interventions. The procurement exercise will be conducted using the competitive dialogue procedure. We will be holding a Bidders' Information Day on 23rd July 2014. Bidders wishing to express an interest are strongly encouraged to attend this event. Further details regarding arrangements are included within the PQQ document pack.
