o provide a series of Categories to enable the procurement of a range of services for outdoor public realm childrens' play and youth facilities from design, installation, inspection and maintenance. Whilst there exists an external multi-authority EPSO we wish to have more flexibility and cover areas of work not provided for in the EPSO. We would like to create a BCC DPS for a 4 year term.
