Angus Alive wishes to appoint an experienced Café/Catering concessionaire who has experience, ability and entrepreneurial business skills to operate four cafés within Angus Alive leisure venues. The cafes play a key role in enhancing the visitor experience, providing a welcoming space for families, customers and the wider community to enjoy healthy, affordable food and drink. Lot 1: Angus Alive wishes to appoint an experienced Café/Catering concessionaire who has experience, ability and entrepreneurial business skills to operate four cafés within Angus Alive leisure venues. The cafes play a key role in enhancing the visitor experience, providing a welcoming space for families, customers and the wider community to enjoy healthy, affordable food and drink. . This concession contract offers an opportunity for a motivated and innovative supplier to: . - Operate and manage cafes across four specified venues - Brechin Community Campus, Carnoustie Sports Centre, Forfar Community Campus and Montrose Sports Centre. - Develop menus that balance affordability with quality, variety and healthier choices. - Contribute to Angus Alive’s commitment to community wellbeing, sustainability and customer care. - Generate income opportunities through a concessions model, where the supplier retains sales income and pays a concession fee to Angus Alive. . The successful supplier will be expected to deliver a high standard of service, operate in compliance with all relevant food safety and health & safety regulations and work with Angus Alive to maximise the positive impact of the cafes for users and the community. .
