In summary, the Goods and Services and Services comprise the provision of a Ticketing, Marketing & CRM System. The Medieval Trust is seeking a database solution for Dublinia to provide a ticketing, marketing and CRM system which can drive its web sales and social media strategies, handle all ticketing, schools/group bookings, and act as the Front of House (FOH) software solution for tickets and Point-of-Sale in the shop. This public procurement competition (the “Competition”) will be conducted in accordance with an accelerated Competitive Procedure with Negotiation under the National Public Procurement Policy Framework November 2019 as it applies to below threshold procurements.
