Description

Supply and Installation of a Queue Management System (QMS) at two locations to include the following: • Provide a QMS (cloud or on prem as specified) supporting multi site deployment across two locations in Waterford City and Dungarvan • Supply, configure, and install required hardware (e.g., kiosks, ticket printers, displays and any other peripherals required to facilitate the efficient use of the system). • Migrate/transition from current system solution • Train staff (admins, supervisors, front line). • Provide support and maintenance with agreed SLAs/KPIs. • Deliver analytics and reporting capabilities. • Document the solution design, operational integration and user interface.
