Description

AN POST invites suitably qualified economic operators to participate in a competition for the provision and implementation of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. The requirement is expected to include the supply of a CLM technology solution together with associated services for configuration, customisation, integration, data migration, testing, training, transition, support and ongoing optimisation. The CLM solution is expected to support contract request and intake management, contract drafting, clause and template management, workflow and approval routing, negotiation and version control, electronic signature integration, contract repository and metadata management, obligation, milestone and renewal management, supplier and stakeholder access, reporting and management information, audit trails and integration with relevant enterprise systems.
