Re provision of a 70 bed accommodation block at Wretham camp. This work includes but is not limited to: - Full decoration - New flooring through out - Repairs to windows - New 30 minute fire doors - Fire compartmentation works - New fire exit doors - Fire alarm system to L2 standards - Emergency lights - Full replacement of plant room - Replacement of sanitary areas including showers - New suspended ceilings through out - Removal of metal lathe and plaster cladding to entire ceiling - Structure support remedial works - Repairs to curved metal sheeting roof - Rain water gutter repairs/replacements - Replacement of gas heaters - Ventilation system install
