Tenders were invited for the provision of Property Insurance for Building 3.2 for Lancashire Community Developments limited as detailed in the published advert and the associated tender documents for the period commencing the 14th January 2025 to 13th January 2026. The Authority is looking to establish a Long Term Agreement for up to a total period of 4 years allowing renewal of the policy without further competition allowing continuous delivery and best value to be provided.
