Description
Establishment of a framework service contract with an economic operator covering the production of the so called ‘CLC+ Core’, involving the performance of the following set of tasks: • design, detailed implementation of technical specifications and requirements from Annex 7; • development, test and validation of CLC+ Core; • staging, deployment and population of CLC+ Core; • services relating to operations and maintenance, content and data management, user support and further limited developments of the CLC+ Core; • provision of ancillary consultancy and extended development services. As specified in sections I.4), I.5) and I.9) of the tender specifications (Annex I) and in Annex 7 thereof.
