Provision of Banking Services

Description

The Contracting Entity intends to procure a Services Contract for supply of banking, cash management, cash pooling and money transmission services, with associated online transactional and reporting services. It is currently envisaged that ESB shall enter into a contract with the successful tenderer(s) for Supply of banking, cash management, cash pooling and money transmission services for ESB and subsidiary companies (excluding NIEN) in Ireland and the UK (Lot 1) and NIEN shall enter into a contract with the successful tenderer for Supply of banking, cash management, cash pooling and money transmission services to NIEN in Northern Ireland (Lot 2). Lot 1: Provision of Banking Services for ESB Group ( exluding NIEN) Supply of banking, cash management, cash pooling and money transmission services for ESB and subsidiary companies (excluding NIEN) in Ireland and the UK (Lot 1) Lot 2: Provision of Banking Services for Northern Ireland Electricity Networks Supply of banking, cash management, cash pooling and money transmission services for Northern Ireland Electricity Networks (NIEN)
