Anglian Water is establishing this Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) as a means to procure renewable energy directly from renewable energy generators in close proximity to our operational sites. The renewable energy generators, for example solar or wind, are either existing assets, or those that are proposed nearby our sites. Lot 1: This will be a dynamic purchasing system (DPS).
