Established in 2004, Procurement for Housing (PfH) is a national procurement consortium dedicated to the social housing sector and supported by the National Housing Federation (NHF), Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and HouseMark. Collectively, our Members manage more than 90% of UK' social housing stock, with PfH helping them to achieve efficiency savings using a wide range of services including framework agreements, dynamic purchasing systems, spend analyses, strategy reviews, consolidated billing and comprehensive reporting. PfH is a contracting authority under section 2 of the Procurement Act 2023 and a centralised procurement authority under section 1(4) of that Act. PfH is administered by Inprova Limited and is headquartered in the North West of England, with over 20 years of expertise and experience offering a complete procurement solutions package across outsourcing, technology and consultancy. By integrating procurement services and technology, Inprova operates as a delivery partner, supporting business performance improvement for the public sector PfH intends to procure a national, four-year framework agreement for the provision of building and construction materials. Lot 3: 1c - Plumbing, Heating & Gas - Wales Provision of Plumbing, Heating & Gas related materials for Welsh customers. Lot 5: 2b - Electrical - Scotland Supply of Electrical related materials for Scottish customers. Lot 4: 2a - Electrical - National Supply of Electrical related materials Lot 6: 2c - Electrical - Wales Supply of Electrical related materials for Welsh customers. Lot 7: 3a - Building Materials - National Provision of building and construction related materials. Lot 8: 3b - Building Materials - Scotland Provision of building and construction related materials for Scottish customers. Lot 9: 3c - Building Materials - Wales Provision of building and construction related materials for Welsh customers. Lot 10: 4 - Aids & Adaptations Provision of Aids & Adaptions associated materials. Lot 11: 5 - National Consortia for Independent Merchants Provision for materials supply by National Consortia's/Buying Groups. Lot 12: 6 - Managed Solutions Managed Solutions provision covering Managed Stores and Managed Services supply routes. Lot 13: 7 - Renewable Materials Provision of materials related to Renewables & Retrofit. Lot 14: 8 - On Demand Supply Provision of on demand materials supplies supported by branch networks. Lot 15: 9 - Responsive Kitchen Materials Provision of kitchen materials to support planned, responsive and reactive works. Lot 16: 10 - Multi Vendor (Van Stock Management) Technology Technology (van stock) solutions to support materials supply contracts.
