Contract award - Lift inspections for Østfold Hospital Trust (2023)

Description

A framework agreement shall be entered for inspections of lifts in buildings at Østfold Hospital Trust Lot 1: The objective of the agreement is to ensure that the hospital trust's lifts always meet safety and operational stability. The tenderer shall ensure that the contracting authority's lifts always comply with the requirements in the technical regulations with guidelines for the maintenance and service of lifting devices, as well as the guidelines for the technical regulations to the Planning and Building Act (TEK17). NS-13015 - Maintenance of lifts and escalators, and NS3810 Periodic safety inspections on lifts, lifting platforms, escalators and moving pavements form the basis for the agreement. The contract also includes other scheduled maintenance work, minor repairs/renovation work, and first-response services.
