PSR Modification to Medical Diagnostic Reporting Services

This VEAT notice is being applied in accordance with The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (the "Regulations") under Regulation 13 in the absence of new notice suites yet to be released. This VEAT notice does not concern an award for a new contract. It is published by Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust for the purpose of extending an existing contract previously awarded under the Managed Equipment and Clinical Service Solutions (MECSS) Framework ref 021/S 000-019257, the extension also includes the option for an Out Of Hours provision for Medical Diagnostic Reporting Services. Extension Period: 04/07/2025 - 03/01/2026 Lot 1: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract modification notice, under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally modified. The decision makers: Trust Clinical and Commercial & Procurement support functions. No conflicts of interest, or potential conflicts of interest, were declared by any decision makers. The decision to award this contract is in line with the permitted modification process.
