PAINTING \r 1. Prepare surfaces and apply two coats of paint to external woodwork - soffits, facia boards, doors, architraves - and guttering. \r 2. Clean external windows and grilles on front elevation and rear elevation. Prepare and paint stone sills \r 3. Prepare surfaces and apply two coats of paint on all interior surfaces in male, female and disabled toilets. \r • Woodwork \r • Walls \r • Doors & door frames/architraves \r • Ceilings \r • Metal drainage grilles \r • Pipework.\r \r PLUMBING WORKS \r 4. Toilet units\r • To Supply and install 5 x pull chain and handles. \r • To supply and install 5 x toilet brush holders. \r • To supply and install 4 x standard white toilet seats \r 5. Urinals in male toilet \r • To deep-clean/descale of urinals in male toilet. \r • De-scale/remove paint/clean nozzles \r • Cracks in porcelain to be filled \r 6. Wash basins in male and female toilets \r • Supply and install 2 sets of self-closing basin taps in chrome. \r • Supply and install 2 x wash basins. \r • Supply and install 2 x adjustable traps for wash basin. \r • Supply and install 2 x basin waste. \r • Supply and install 2 x soap dispensers.\r \r RESIN RESURFACING WORKS \r 7. Resin Coat Finish \r • To clean all cubicle floor areas and upstands of approximately 45m2 \r • To scarify all areas of 45m2 in preparation to take resin coat \r • To resin coat all areas of 45m2 in colour of customer choice \r • To leave site clean & tidy\r ADDITIONAL WORKS \r • Supply and fit 2 No new cleaners' taps and 25mm barrel pipework above grating in Male and Female WC's \r • Replace wall-mounted frost-protection heaters in all three toilets, including thermostats and timers. \r • Repair fracture in brickwork to front & rear elevations using Helifix crack stitching bars and Helibond grout cement. Repaint to match existing brick colour (or as close as possible). \r • Repair and replace roof tiles. Clean roof and gutters. Spray on Bio wash additive on completion. \r • Supply and install hot water supply to all 3 toilets.
