The client wants to offer children in Oslo of nursery school age research-based knowledge about the climate, climate change and measures to mitigate such changes. In addition, the Contracting Authority would like to raise public curiosity about why the climate is changing and how society is to adapt to a changing climate. It is preferable that a professional environment can provide research-based knowledge on the climate and climate change with a focus on children of nursery school age. Lot 1: The professional environment will develop educational content and design a physical environment for nursery school children that facilitates play-activities and varied learning opportunities. This should be anchored in the subject matter and working methods of the framework plan that meet children's needs for care and play, promote learning and education, and provide children with the opportunity to participate. The educational content will help the city's nursery school children learn that sustainable development is about how today's actions in relation to the climate and environment have consequences for the future. Themes that inspire nursery school children to explore, play and be curious about scientific phenomena must be emphasised.
