Ingeus are seeking proposals from a professional role-playing organisation that can provide highly skilled, diverse and versatile population of actors to enact the role of claimants during Work Capability Assessment and Personal Independence Payment assessments. Assessments will be completed with trainee assessors as part of their consolidation of learning and practice opportunities. The primary medium of MS Teams (no camera) will be required to simulate a telephone assessment, however, there will be cases and cohorts where video will be required and greater physical movements will need to be observed. At this stage, minimal in-person actors required. The actors will receive a brief and high-level script to cover each area of likely questioning that the student will undertake such as medications being taken, functional impact of conditions and symptoms experienced. The actor will need to be versed and practiced in how to behave as per the character of the claimant which will be covered in the script with the aim of simulating real world assessments. Additional information: Part 1 - Partner Network Registration: Please ensure you register your organisation on out Partner Network. Please click the 'Join Partner Network' button to start your registration. The registrations process is 2 stages, please ensure you complete both stages to ensure you proposal can be considered. Proposals received without a registration on the Partner Network will not be assessed. Part 2 - Proposal If you feel your organisation can deliver and meet the above expectations, we are keen to hear from you and invite you to submit a costed proposal by 5pm on 22nd May 2024 to fmatthews@ingeus.co.uk. Proposals should be clear to include include quality assurance processes. Please also include timescales from referral to return. Your completed proposal will be assessed, with shortlisted organisations then being approached to discuss your submission and delivery proposal in further detail by a member of the Ingeus UK team. We aim to finalise the selection process by the 29th May 2024 but reserve the right to conclude the process sooner if a suitable proposal is approved.
