Description
The University of Cumbria's aims to improve the effectiveness and the customer experience of its website so that it becomes a key channel to ignite curiosity and desire to take action for people to start the university journey with us. We are embarking on a mission to overhaul our core website to reflect the university's new brand, connect better with our target audiences and drive student recruitment. This tender invitation invites suppliers to join us on this journey and provide expert guidance, creativity and impetus towards developing a highly optimised, visually website with compelling content, focused on improving the customer experience to boost conversion to applications. Our overall objective for the website in 2018/19 is to increase on-site conversions by 25% and increase the conversion rate from lead to application by 25%; therefore, both lead volume and quality are pivotal to the success of this project.
