Provision of Translation & Interpretation Services

University Hospitals of Northamptonshire NHS Group (UHN) and Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT) aim to establish a comprehensive contract for Translation and Interpretation Service encompassing the following key components: * Lot 1: Managed One-Stop Interpretation and Translation Service * Lot 2: British Sign Language Interpretation and Translation Service Lot 1: Lot 1: Managed Service Interpretation and Translation (not including BSL) Lot 1: Managed One-Stop Interpretation and Translation Service. The Provider will offer a tailored solution that includes advisory services, administrative support, and efficient business processes to meet the Contracting Authority's requirements for translation and interpretation services. The translation and interpretation services and delivery methods within the scope of this Lot include: * Face-to-Face Interpretation Services- Spoken Interpretation * Telephone Interpretation Services- Spoken Interpretation * Video Interpretation Services- Spoken Interpretation * Document Translation, Transcription & Ancillary Services Lot 2: Lot2:British Sign Language Interpretation and Translation Service University Hospitals of Northamptonshire NHS Group (UHN) and Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT) (hereafter referred to as the Contracting Authority) are seeking to appoint a supplier of British Sign Language (BSL) Translation and Interpretation Services where Interpreters facilitate communication between Deaf and Deafblind people (and others), and hearing people by an Interpreter, in attendance in person (Face-to-Face) or via Video Conference. Document translation and ancillary translation services and products are also within the scope of this Lot
