GoJ-I&E-Design and Technical Consultancy Framework

Description

The Infrastructure & Environment (I&E) Department, within the Jersey Property Holdings (JPH) Directorate, intends to procure a range of Pre Approved Consultants to support the Government of Jersey in delivering capital investment projects across building, construction, engineering, and land management. This procurement will be conducted through a non committal Framework Agreement for Design and Technical Consultancy Services. The Framework will be structured into the following Lots: • Architectural Services • Engineering Services • Land Management & Environmental Services • Health and Safety Services • Other Services Across these Lots, a total of 37 specialist disciplines will be required, delivered either directly in house by consultants or via sub contractors. The opportunity is expected to be published in early February 2026. By registering now, businesses will be able to record their interest, gain access to the tender documents and submit a bid once the procurement formally opens.
