This project will deliver a comprehensive rebuild of the digital infrastructure, creating amodern, scalable, and integrated ecosystem that supports programme delivery, stakeholderengagement, operational efficiency, and future growth.The project should be delivered from April 2026 to March2027 (this timeline may include aprovision for the final stages to be delivered from April – June 2027 should operational needsmake this necessary)The core of the project is the implementation of a new CRM and database platform thatintegrates intuitively with Microsoft 365, a WordPress website (including bespokefunctionality), existing GIS systems, and digital sales and marketing tools.A parallel discovery phase will assess the suitability of the current Sage software environmentthat supports our People and Finance teams.
