This framework agreement is for the Supply and Delivery of Grounds and Plant Equipment. The framework agreement is to provide Scottish local authorities and various other contracting authorities with a mechanism to procure various grounds and plant equipment including, but not limited to, handheld equipment, pedestrian push and self-propelled equipment, mowers, specialist equipment, winter maintenance equipment, sweepers and Vacuums, ride on and utility vehicles including quad bikes, tractors, tractor mounted and towed equipment and vehicle mounted equipment, excavators, pedestrian operated plant, ride on rollers, static plant, forklift/tele-handlers, trailers, loaders, dumpers, dozers, pavers, planers, mechanical chip spreaders, bond coat sprayers, mobile pot hole fillers and pressure washers to undertake vital works and council services. Scotland Excel members may, if made available, request lease quotations, plant buy back options, disposal of aged plant options and second hand plant purchase options for grounds and plant equipment across all lots, however, this would be subject to a seperate agreement between the parties. NOTE: This opportunity is for PURCHASE of equipment and does not include hire options. Lot 1: Handheld Equipment Supply and delivery of Handheld Equipment, such as Chainsaws, Trimmers, Strimmers, Blowers and Augers for use by Scottish local authorities and other contracting authorities permitted to call-off contracts under this proposed framework agreement. Scotland Excel Members may, if made available, request lease quotations, plant buy back options, disposal of aged plant options and second hand plant purchase options for grounds and plant equipment across all lots, however, this would be subject to a seperate agreement between the parties. Lot 2: Push and Self-Propelled Equipment Supply and delivery of push and self propelled equipment such as mowers, line marking machines, edgers, stump grinders, cultivators and clarifiers for use by Scottish local authorities and other contracting authorities permitted to call-off contracts under this proposed framework agreement. Scotland Excel Members may, if made available, request lease quotations, plant buy back options, disposal of aged plant options and second hand plant purchase options for grounds and plant equipment across all lots, however, this would be subject to a seperate agreement between the parties. Lot 3: Seasonal and Specialist Equipment Supply and delivery of Seasonal & specialist Equipment, such as Gum removal machines, pedestrian sweepers and vacuums and winter road maintenance equipment for use by Scottish local authorities and other contracting authorities permitted to call-off contracts under this proposed framework agreement. Lot 4: Grounds Vehicles, Tractors and Equipment Supply and delivery of Grounds Vehicles and Equipment, such as golf course maintenance vehicles and equipment, Ride on, utility and towed equipment in addition to tractors, tractor and other vehicle mounted equipment for use by Scottish local authorities and other contracting authorities permitted to call-off contracts under this proposed framework agreement.
