GB-London: Evaluation of Pay Differential

This project is to assist the Local Authority Fire and Rescue Services National Joint Council (NJC) in fulfilling an outstanding commitment from the 2023 pay agreement, which is to provide advice on whether the existing 5% pay differential between the starting pay within the roles of firefighter, and firefighter (control) is still appropriate. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
