School cleaning services

Description

The successful tenderer will be required to provide cleaning services at Lawrence Sheriff School. The School is located in Rugby, Warwickshire and the current service provision is provided by way of an in-house operation. The contract will commence on 1.8.2016 for an initial period of 3 years. This contract will be fixed price in nature with the successful contractor also guaranteeing the number of input hours to the contract as well as the quality of cleaning provision. The scope of the contract will include the day-to-day cleaning over 195 days in addition to the holiday and periodic works being carried out as detailed within the contract specification. The specification will also include the delivery of additional services such as window cleaning, kitchen deep cleans, procurement of wash-room supplies. A proven track record in cleaning within the Education Sector, preferably within secondary schools, will be an essential requirement. The successful contractor will be expected to deliver a concise and detailed method of management reporting at the end of each month, thus updating the senior management team within Lawrence Sheriff School on the contract performance.
