ESPON portal - interactive mapping and dashboards

Description

The purpose of this call for tenders is to support the ESPON EGTC in designing a sustainable strategy for the development of a new ESPON portal and to develop an initial version of the portal. In addition, the service provider shall elaborate a new interactive mapping interface and associated data visualisation functionalities, accordingly, as part of the portal (including as much as possible the functionalities of the ESPON 2020 tools). The service provider is also expected to provide training to ESPON EGTC staff to ensure the necessary internal expertise for administering the portal, managing the content and navigating external users through its functionalities.
