Data Processing Consultancy Services for the Operations Directorate (OPS)

Description

The objective of this call for tenders is to conclude a multiple framework agreement with maximum five economic operators for the provision of day-to-day data processing related services, defined as Data Processing Consultants (DPCs), who will operate under the supervision of EIB internal resources in several tasks throughout the EIB project lifecycle. Lot 1: The successful service providers will carry out a wide range of data processing services and tasks involved over the full lifecycle of OPS projects, including, but not limited to, the following: 1) Data collection and collation services According to needs, whenever applicable, DPCs are expected to collect information from different sources such as, but not limited to, the following: • structured messages received by email or on paper; • spreadsheets or other documents; • internal applications; • external sources. DPC will then structure, arrange, and categorise the collected information according to instructed procedures by their internal supervisors. 2) Data preparation services According to needs, whenever applicable, DPCs will format, aggregate, update and store data in an electronic format (e.g. Excel file, MS access database). 3) Data entry services DPCs will introduce pre-prepared data into internal applications in a timely and accurate manner. DPCs will crosscheck the entered data according to the four-eye principle and according to procedures instructed by their internal supervisors.
