Description
Proposals are being sought for the provision for a single service provider to supply, train and support a Cloud Accounting System for each of the Community and Comprehensive Schools in the Republic of Ireland. It is intended to award a contract to a single service provider to this Lot. Tenderers must be able to meet the requirements as set out: The supplies and services to be provided under a fixed price contract are: (i) A Cloud Accounting System (CAS) that fully meets functional and other requirements (ii) A complete implementation service, including project management, migration of data/conversion of data from some existing systems to the new system, commissioning and testing. (iii) A training programme, which may require customisation, including ‘train the trainer’ (seven (7) FSSU staff will require training on the new system, including training manuals in collaboration with the FSSU customised for each of the Community and Comprehensive schools. The successful tenderer must also make themselves available to join the FSSU in facilitation of several training sessions of school personnel in 2024. A close relationship with the FSSU will be required for the duration of this contract term. (iv) Account System documentation/templates which may require slight customisation to comply with the requirements of Section 18 of the Education Act 1998, for the FSSU and each Community and Comprehensive school, and (v) On-going support services.
