Description
Provision of a new stand-alone purpose built Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) facility at Sandringham Primary School. This will be a stand- alone facility which will consist of one large teaching space, a soft play room, sensory room plus ancillary spaces. The external works include soft landscaping and a large sand pit area. The project has been procured as a Two Stage Design and Build Tender. The First Stage tender provided a Pre-Construction Services Agreement on a fixed price. This was in order to develop and manage the design up to and including Stage Two of this procurement process.
