The contest has the following contracting authorities: Contracting Authority Further Information Elverum Municipality www.elverum.kommune.no Løten Municipality www.loten.kommune.no Hamar Municipality www.hamar.kommune.no Stange Municipality www.stange.kommune.no The contest is being held by Hamar Municipality on behalf of other municipalities. Each individual contracting authority will join the contract on the same terms and will enter into separate contracts with the chosen supplier. See the attached tender documentation and all annexes for a comprehensive description. Lot 1: Procurement of cleaning items, paper and plastic in the following goods groups: - Drying system - Hygiene and cleaning - Cleaning supplies - Personal hygiene/skin care - Waste management - Catering - Miscellaneous The framework agreement must include the assortment of articles that is required by the contracting authorities. The contracting authority's paramount goals for the framework agreement are: - to keep and achieve maximum user satisfaction - to select a tenderer with a high quality level of products - to select a tenderer that supports the contracting authority's organisation in the best possible manner
