Off-Site Storage

Description

NSandI's requirement is for a single provider to give a service provision of off-site storage of paper files including personnel files, financial records and heritage artefacts, business knowledge, information records and other historical information. The need is driven by the end of NSandI's contract with existing providers as the storage is at present split between Guildford and Glasgow. With access to the items being required by London based staff for the vast majority of items (90%+) it is sensible to merge what is currently stored in Glasgow and Guildford into a single location close to London.
