SW9 Community Housing Responsive Repairs, Void Refurbishment and Cyclical Decorations Contract

SW9 Community Housing has tendered for a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to provide a Responsive Repairs and Void Refurbishment service to their stock on the Stockwell Park Estate and surrounding street properties. SW9 manage approx 1500 properties on the estate on behalf of the landlord and their parent company Network Homes. The contract will initially be for 3 years commencing in April 2019 with the option to extend by 2 years, then a further 2 years. As such the maximum contract length will be for 7 years. The estimated contract value will be GBP 370,000.00 - 430,000.00 per annum. Based on the maximum contract term the maximum contract value will be GBP 3,010,000.00 A partnering approach is a key requirement for both parties, SW9 require the successful contractor to co-locate on the estate to develop a close working relationship with both management and the operatives who will be delivering the service.
