The Council is seeking to appoint a single Service Provider to deliver a Welcome Centre for people who are rough sleeping within the boundaries of Edinburgh. Further details relating to the requirement are provided within the attached PIN Brief. Lot 1: The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is: - to advise the market that the City of Edinburgh Council (the Council), intend to tender a contract for a Welcome Centre for People who are Rough Sleeping in Edinburgh (the Service) - to assess the current Service Provider market, by seeking notes of interest from suitably qualified organisations operating in the Edinburgh area, that have the expertise, capability and capacity to deliver the Service.
