DWP Strategic Video Channel Solution

Further to the Early Engagement Notice Published on 7 July (tender_373667/1232614), the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is exploring options for Video Calling (Business to Customer/Representative) in line with its Digital Strategic Roadmap to deploy multi-channel capabilities providing DWP and its customers with more channels for connecting whilst putting the customer at the heart of the journey. To facilitate this, DWP's commercial strategy is to go out to market using CCS's Audio Visual Technical Consultancy and Commissioning agreement (RM6225). Interested suppliers are requested to register to join the agreement by Monday 20th November 2023. Following the registration deadline, DWP reserve the right to make a judgement as to whether to use this route to market, or an alternative, based on the level of engagement, the number of suppliers who register and subject to confirmation of an intention to extend the agreement by CCS. In addition to joining the Agreement, suppliers may register their interest by writing to cd.digitalchannels@dwp.gov.uk in order to receive the high level requirements set out in the previous Request for Information and clarifications shared to date. Please note that a Government Legal Services Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will need to be signed and returned in order to receive the above.
