The project provides for the construction oif a new school at Bridgetown College, Wexford, including the demolition of existing buildings and temporary accommodation on the existing school campus, the retention and refurbishment of c. 50 percent of the existing 2007 building (837 sq.m) and 100 percent of the existing 2015 building (c. 653 sq.m). The new building is part two and part three-storey and is c. 8,085 sq.m in area.
