SINGLE PARTY FRAMEWORK FOR THE PROVISON OF ENERGY ADVISORY SERVICES WITH EXPERTISE IN PROCURMENT IN THE ELECTRICITY AND NATURAL GAS MARKETS TO HORSE RACING IRELAND AND SUBSIDIARIES

Description

The purpose of this agreement is to provide energy advisory services to Horse Racing Ireland and its Subsidiaries as well as to a number of affiliated locations. The affiliated locations are the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board, The Irish National Stud, The Irish Equine Centre, Cork Racecourse, Curragh Racecourse and R.A.C.E. The successful tenderer must have / establish a good working relationship with the MRSO (Meter Registration System Operator), the GPRO(Gas Point Registration Operator), the ESB Networks and GNI(Gas Networks Ireland). The successful tenderer will act as facilitator to HRI & Subsidiaries for mini-competitions and contracts. Please refer to the attached document for a detailed specification.
