RVHS are initiating a project to expand the availability of accommodation at the school, the primary aim being to increase classroom accommodation and learning spaces. RVHS is seeking to appoint a partner to provide Architectural Design and Building Project Management Services, specifically relating to RIBA stages 4 to 7. Roding Valley High School is tendering to appoint a partner to manage their Expansion project from RIBA stage 4 - 7. The plans have been submitted and we are expecting planning by November 2016. The detailed architectural drawings will need to be produced, the project tendered for construction and then managed to completion.
