The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement which shall cover the municipalities' need for fresh fruits and vegetables as well as processed fruits and vegetables. The contracting authority Lillestrøm Municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement regarding the procurement of fruits and vegetables.
