The aim of this Contract is to undertake research in enabling IWM to understand the visitor journey at IWM Duxford. This is to cover how visitors use the site from their arrival, inclusive of their use of the facilities and attendance at the various exhibitions across the site. This information is to be used as part of the master planning work currently being undertaken at the site.
