Real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) equipment

Notice of procurement of equipment for RT-PCR, routine diagnostics. The equipment must be compatible with the existing equipment. The Norwegian Veterinary Institute and NMBU mu procure equipment for real-time PCR. The procurement aims to cover the need for Real-time PCR machines for routine diagnostics at the Norwegian Veterinary Institute and NMBU. The instruments will expand and further the existing machinery park, consisting of Agilient AriaMx and create a uniform analysis platform for accredited PCR methodology. The equipment must be directly compatible with the existing machinery park.. The instrument must be able to use the same 96 well plates and other consumables as the existing machines for routine diagnostic use. Agilient AriaMX is the only equipment in the market that fulfils the Norwegian Veterinary Institute and NMBU's requirement for compatibility with the existing machinery park as well as requirements for consumable materials and consumables.
