Sekundært graveopgaver og underskydningsopgaver som forudsætning for udførelsen af installationsopgaverne. Leverandøren har ansvaret for projektering. Rammeaftalen udbydes som totalentreprisekontrakt efter ABT18 og tildeles én Leverandør. Projektet skal udføres i hele landet.
