PA & Consultancy Services - Parallel framework agreements 2023 - 2025

Description

Trondheim municipality, c/o Trondheim Eiendom, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority, carried out an open tender contest in winter and spring of 2022/2023 in connection with the procurement of parallel framework agreements for consultancy services within 11 disciplines. The contest has ended and contracts have been signed with the selected tenderers. The contracts are valid from 01.06.2023. Lot 1: A1 - Project manager and construction manager Trondheim municipality is in need of external assistance with the delivery of consultancy services within Project Manager and Construction Manager. See Annex B - Services, for a detailed description of the lot. Lot 2: A2 - Project management Trondheim municipality is in need of external assistance with the delivery of consultancy services within Project Management. See Annex B - Services, for a detailed description of the lot. Lot 3: A3 - Procurements and contract follow-up Trondheim municipality is in need of external assistance with the delivery of consultancy services within public procurements and contract follow-up. See Annex B - Services, for a detailed description of the lot. Lot 4: B1 - Architectural services - ARK Trondheim municipality is in need of external assistance with the delivery of consultancy services within Architect services - ARK. See Annex B - Services, for a detailed description of the lot. Lot 5: B2 - Architectural services - Landscape architect - LARK Trondheim municipality is in need of external assistance with the delivery of consultancy services within Architect services - Landscape architect (Norwegian: LARK). See Annex B - Services, for a detailed description of the lot. Lot 6: B3 - Architect services - Interior architect (IARK) Trondheim municipality is in need of external assistance with the delivery of consultancy services within Architect - Interior architect (Norwegian: IARK). See Annex B - Services, for a detailed description of the lot. Lot 7: C - Engineering design services Trondheim municipality is in need of external assistance with engineering design of construction projects of the types schools, nurseries, nursing homes, housing, sports buildings, administrative and church/cultural buildings. In addition, the contract can be used for some types of facility projects - roads, water/sewage and waste plants where necessary as a part of the projects named above. See also Annex B Services. Lot 8: D - Development work Trondheim municipality is in need of external assistance with the preparation of concept assessments, preliminary projects and zoning plans with accompanying investigations. Lot 9: E - Independent inspection This service category/lot will typically involve mandatory independent inspections in accordance with the rules in the National Planning and Building Act and associated regulations, as well as the current guidance on independent inspections from the Directorate for Building Quality. Tenderers who are awarded the assignment must be able to offer the service for all development classes and for all areas that independent inspections can and will be carried out, both execution and engineering design. Lot 10: F - HSE services Trondheim municipality periodically requires external assistance in terms of monitoring safety, health and work environment in building and construction projects. Lot 11 G - Environment and reuse mapping: G - Environment and reuse mapping Trondheim municipality is in need of external assistance for the implementation of environmental and reuse mapping in connection with the rehabilitation, alteration and demolition of existing buildings.
