To provide for multi disciplinary consultant services in relation to the structural remedial repairs at Roman Way, Burnham on Crouch for Myriad Homes and Myriad Housing. This is in response to the Structural Engineering recommendation that all properties have been suffering from significant progressive subsidence since their construction in 2017. Reference the Ingleton Wood Structural Engineering reports for each property dated October 2024. All properties are 2-storey detached residential properties with an attached single-storey garage. ## Contract award
