Carpentry installation work

Description

The contract will meet the municipality's need for trade services characterised by joinery work and painting work. The objective of the contract is to cover the customer's ongoing maintenance needs that do not raise the standard significantly in relation to the starting point. The tenderer must delivery services and material to solve the assignments from the customer. The assignments will consist of: — external painting works, — internal painting works, — preparation/renovation of internal walls, — assembling walls and floor coverings, — simple external joinery work, — simple internal joinery work, — related interior services connected to the assignemnt, for example. Sub-suppliers can be used when the tenderer and the sub-supplier have a binding collaboration. This procurement must be seen in connection with the competition for painting services, which is being announced at the same time. In some cases, the painting work described in this competition will be carried out as a mini-competition under the painting services contract. These cases are described in annex 2, point 1.2. The work will come under the painting services contract in cases where the painting work is estimated to be more than 100 000 NOK excluding VAT. A joint supplier meeting will be held for the competition for trade services and painting services on Tuesday 19 September at 09:00.
