Description

The Labour and Welfare Department, c/o the IT Department, will hold a tender contest with the intention of signing a framework agreement with one (1) tenderer. The contract will cover the procurement of Apple laptop and stationary Macs, accessories/periphery equipment for the above, as well as a selection of services that are ordered from all the units in the Labour and Welfare Department. The tenderer must have broad competence in the products included in the contract, and must be capable of putting together good systems based on the contracting authority's requirements, including coordination, administration and interaction with the contracting authority and sub-suppliers/manufacturers. The tenderer must be able to advise the contracting authority if required. The framework agreement will have a total estimated value of NOK 14-16 million including VAT over a maximum of 4 years. The framework agreement includes: — Apple laptop and stationary Macs — accessories/periphery equipment for the above-mentioned — services. • Apple Business Manager (previously Apple Device Enrolment Program, DEP) • Apple Care • service/guarantee and claims management for new and existing equipment. There are not concrete plans to order Apple stationary Macs now, but the need can change in the contract period. NAV has content producers who use particularly powerful computers. Therefore, there is a product category under which orders can be placed if required. The contracting authority is not obligated to procure any specific amount of services in the contract period.
