Repairs Maintenance and Empty Homes

Description

Orbit is seeking to award solutions for its Repairs, Maintenance and Empty Homes requirements (the Works), to its housing stock in the Midlands, South and East of England. Orbit intend to award 2 contracts per region, with responsibilities divided between the contractors as follows: Minor Repairs and Empty Homes, or Workstream 1 Major Repairs and Overflow, or Workstream 2 The contracts will be for an initial term of of five (5) years with option to extend for a period of two (2) periods of one (1) year, giving a total of seven (7) years.
