The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to invite prospective service provider(s) to submit a tender for the provision of ISL / English interpreting and Deaf interpreting services for a “voucher scheme” in 2023, (start date October 2023) as to how users of Irish Sign Language (ISL) can access ISL / English interpreting to support inclusion and participation in social, educational and cultural events and services (including medical) and other activities, as specified in Appendix 1. A panel of preferred providers may be created as a result of this tender process.
