RFT for Adobe Acrobat Pro and Creative Cloud Software Licensing and Product Support

Description

The Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission (IHREC) requests quotations from interested parties for: • Adobe Acrobat Pro Licenses renewal x 44 for the period of 20/09/2026 to 19/09/2027. • Adobe Creative Cloud Licenses renewal x 6 for the period of 14/01/2026 to 13/01/2027. A seamless transition will be required so as not to disrupt ongoing work within the Commission. If it is envisaged that there will be downtime this will need to be clearly stated, and a timeline will need to be given. Tenderers must be authorized and accredited resellers of Adobe Licenses and must provide documented proof as evidence. Tender responses should outline the process for activating Adobe licenses from point of order to activation on the client’s account.
