Voluntary ex-ante transparency notice for a preliminary project and turnkey contract - 400118 increased energy use from biogas at Høvringen Treatment Plant

Trondheim Municipality, c/o Municipal Engineering, intends to enter into a contract with Adigo AS for a preliminary project and subsequent turnkey contract for the establishment of gas turbines for biogas, which produce electricity and heating at Høvringen Treatment Plant. Lot 1: A lot of biogas is currently produced at Høvringen Treatment Plant, and the gas is burnt in a boiler or on a torch. A preliminary project and subsequent turnkey contract is thus planned with Adigo AS, which is the supplier of gas turbines. Based on our specialists' insight in the supplier market, there are no other tenderers than can offer the same as Adigo AS. The procurement concerns services that only one specific supplier can provide. We want to clarify that the estimated contract value is well below the EEA threshold. Trondheim Municipality would like the market to be given the opportunity to request further information/be informed before a contract is finalised. Any appeals must be submitted before the end of 20 July 2023. The contract will be finalised and entered into after the deadline.
